First it depends on the condition of the game. Second it depends how old the game is. And used games range from 12$-30$ or more. But its unlikely for used games 2 go over 30$

Battlefield 3 is being built using all-new technology developed in-house at DICE. It's the next version of the Frostbite engine used in the Bad Company games, appropriately called Frostbite 2. It allows for a range of advanced graphical effects and destructible terrain.

They will not be a charge is the game has already been used as it would then be personal property. If it is in a box new, they will charge you.

1: Do you even have a Visa? You can't move without a Visa.

2:You will probably have to buy an adaptor but also one with the power converter as ours is different.

Assuming you've got all the necessary legal paperwork, like a visa, then the main thing to check with your gaming consoles is if there's a label near the power cord, if it connects directly to the mains electricity supply, that says something like "110-240 Volts AC, 50-60Hz" - if it does, then all you need to do is change the plug that fits in the wall. Most electronic stuff like computers and consoles nowadays is able to cope with both North American and European power supplies (this advice doesn't apply to things that draw a lot of power like hair dryers!). If there's an AC - DC power transformer between the wall and the console, look for a statement like that in the minuscule printing on the block - rarely, you may need to get a replacement transformer.

I'm not too sure how compatible flat screen TVs are these days - in the old days of analog TVs you could safely say that American TVs were useless in the UK and vice versa (for a start, the mains electricity frequency is 50 Hz in the UK and 60 Hz in the US, so they were expecting the wrong number of pictures per second), but I don't know if digital tvs work to the same standards.
